Conveniently located near the Old Town Hall, the vibe here is pretty lovely 👌. It's a great spot to hang out and explore the area.

The venue is LITTLE, impeccably clean and the location is decent and nice close to town center, the old town, near one of the main tram and bus stations, and shops and venues. The staff are very very helpful and excellent friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed their attitude. A superb bar does the trick. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom that suited my needs perfectly.

Good location, just around the corner of the main shopping street, restaurant, bars ect, but in a small quiet street, so not noisy. 15-20 min walking distance to the train station.Hotel Staff very friendly. Comfortable conference room. Size of the room was good.

Was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness of room was fair, very dusty surfaces and water staining in the bathroom, half clogged discharger in the bathtub, water would not flow off when showering. Beds very small and mattress very uncomfortable, could feel every spring in my back. Old furniture. No internet access included in the price, although we had a 2 day conference in the hotel, which is a very poor service!!! The lunch was average. The tea/coffee/snack service for the conference room was very friendly but very unorganised, things would be missing, empty or not heated up almost every time.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Clean and quiet rooms greeted us in a location close to everything. The hotel facilities were top notch and we especially enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a bit too warm in the room but luckily the big windows that could be opened helped a bit. The breakfast was not included in the room price and was quite expensive, 14 euros.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the Oldtown, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service, speaking English fluently and going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and clean, well-maintained bathrooms. I also loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

Minor improvements can be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
